Hefeweizen
The term Weizenbier in German indicates the beers produced by the fermentation of malted wheat, characterized by a flavor that tends to a sweet and marked creaminess. Depending on the degree of purity, filtration, color or alcohol content can be divided into: hefeweizen, kristallweizen, dunkelweizen, weizenstarkbier, weizenbock and Leichtes Weizen. Ours is the "pure" version, a turbid blonde in which the yeast in suspension is not filtered (Hefe means "yeast").
